Durgapur Philatelic and Numismatic Society (DPNS), established in 2002, is a premier organization dedicated to the promotion and study of philately and numismatics in and around Durgapur. The Society brings together collectors, researchers, students, and enthusiasts who share a common passion for stamps, coins, paper money, tokens, medals, and postal history.
For us, stamps and coins are not just collectibles—they are living records of history, culture, economy, governance, and art. Through our initiatives, we seek to encourage systematic collecting, responsible preservation, and scholarly study of these invaluable artefacts.
